Kunda's album Surrender is an invitation

"For me, music and song is an invitation, a bridge into the unknown, where it’s possible for differences to dissolve, and to feel a sense of connection and unity with everyone and everything.  It’s a way to experience the extraordinary joy, peace and aliveness of presence”- Kunda

Given our endlessly busy lives and the turbulent uncertain times in which we live, this album is a timely and sincere invitation to stop, and rest in the peace that’s always here. These songs are an invitation to surrender to this ever-present peace.

Kunda’s passionate and sensitive voice merges with a diverse range of instruments - heartfelt violin, guitars, sitar, piano, flutes and the earthy sounds of the didgeridoo join together with beautiful harmonies to create an inspiring album that has been subtly influenced by the timeless and classic music of the 60’s and 70’s ~ Cat Stevens and George Harrison

Kunda was a finalist in 3 categories in the 2013 Australian Independent Music Awards (Music Oz Awards) 'Surrender' was produced by Kamal Engles of ArtOfAudio Studio, the producer of the Grammy Nominated album Pure Sounds by The Gyuto Monks of Tibet. Kunda collaborated with Kamal Engles, Oles Krolikowski and Sangeeta Lavin to create this very passionate and reflective album.
